Who we are
German International School Boston (GISB) offers a world-class education rooted in the internationally acclaimed German curriculum. From play-based preschool to a rigorous high school program, we inspire curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.
As part of a global network of 136 International German Schools, GISB awards the International Abitur—a prestigious honors-level diploma recognized by top universities in both the U.S. and Europe.
Two campuses. One community. A world of opportunities.

No prior German is required for children entering preschool, pre-K, or kindergarten. For students in Grades 1–5, our Fast Track program offers an accelerated pathway into German language learning for motivated beginners.
At GISB, students join a diverse global community that empowers them to grow into confident, independent thinkers—ready to shape the future.
