Human-First in a High-Tech World
In a world reshaped by artificial intelligence, climate uncertainty, and cultural transformation, today’s children will face challenges we can’t yet imagine. At Waldorf School of the Peninsula, we believe the best preparation isn’t just knowing the right answers - it’s cultivating the capacities that will always matter: resilience, curiosity, creativity, and character. We’re proud to be one of the few schools in Silicon Valley intentionally blending timeless human development with future-facing vision.
At Waldorf School of the Peninsula, we don’t reject technology - we teach children to become the kind of people who can use it wisely with intention and purpose. Our developmentally aligned, screen-conscious approach ensures that students first build focus, empathy, and agency before diving into digital tools. By high school, our students don’t just learn how to code - they grapple with the ethics of AI, the philosophy of consciousness, and the social impact of innovation.
