There are a number of opportunities in addition to tours to visit Valley. Please visit our events page for more information about our Fall Carnival, Family Playdates, and Open House and Family Playdates on November 14 and January 10.
Valley is more than a school; it’s a community that feels like home. Teachers partner closely with parents, and each child is known by name, strengths, and story. Students from 3 years-old through 5th grade build confidence and skills by doing: tackling challenges that stretch them, asking clarifying questions, offering their perspectives, and considering their impact on others. Learning stays engaging and hands-on, and childhood is both protected and celebrated. Your child truly grows up here - compassionate, kind, and resilient - and walks into the next school confident and prepared.
Our Mission: At The Valley School, we ignite children's natural passion for learning. Our students develop an academic foundation and become joyful learners through playful work, purposeful play, and the practice of community.
A positive educational experience for children is at the heart of everything we do. We are guided by the following values:
- Collaboration
- Respect for individuality
- Kindness
- Creativity
- Equity and Belonging
- Childhood
At Valley, we know that childhood is about so much: collaboration and finding new friends; respecting individuality while discovering new educational experiences; practicing kindness while learning patience; being creative and taking risks; finding equity and belonging while growing. This is childhood. This is The Valley School.
