The Art Farm Preschool Includes
At The Art Farm Preschool, we provide a thoughtfully designed early childhood experience that nurtures the whole child through a balance of academic, creative, and social-emotional learning. Our program includes:
- Experiential, Hands-On Learning: Children learn through active exploration, inquiry, and discovery, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Creative Expression: Daily opportunities for creativity through art, music, cooking, and imaginative play support self-expression and cognitive development.
- Live Animal Experiences: Direct interaction with animals promotes empathy, responsibility, and an understanding of the natural world and our role within it.
- Small Group, Individualized Instruction: Our low student-to-teacher ratios ensure personalized attention, allowing each child to grow at their own pace.
- Outdoor Play and Gross Motor Development: Ample time outdoors supports physical development, coordination, and a lifelong appreciation for nature.
- Comprehensive, Research-Based Curriculum: We integrate evidence-based programs including Handwriting Without Tears, Heggerty Phonemic Awareness, and Bridges in Mathematics to lay strong academic foundations in literacy and numeracy.
