Chronos Academy

At Chronos Academy, bright, engaged, and gifted students are supported to stretch into their potential. We value curiosity, innovation, and a respectful learning environment. Our small class sizes create a close-knit learning community where every student is valued for their unique talents. With the support of our exceptional faculty, our students know they have a safe space to ask questions, make mistakes, and have fun learning.

Our school is small by design so that students are supported to stretch in their areas of strength and scaffolded in areas where they need more help. 

• TK-4th (Elementary) - 8 students per class
• 5th-8th (Middle School) - 12 students per class

At Chronos Academy, students:

• Connect every subject to a historical timeline, creating a meaningful context for learning
• Make daily STEAM-integrated projects in our Maker Workshop
• Explore the outdoors, museums, theater, or engineering projects every Friday
• Give weekly presentations at every grade level, building confidence and public speaking skills
• Memorize to music - musical mnemonics help students master important facts about a particular era in time, allowing the students to build context while keeping information available

Our mission is to inspire a passion for learning, foster creative problem-solving and a growth mindset, and create a global, historical context of information for our students to build on.
