A WORLD-CLASS, GLOBAL EDUCATION
Our students can go from here to anywhere, and an international education at The International School of San Francisco is how they prepare for the journey.
Our primary entry points are in 9th grade, Kindergarten, and Preschool at age two, three, or four. Our Preschool through 8th grade program is a bilingual program in French. Students applying for High School do not need to speak French or any language other than English. Students applying for Kindergarten or Preschool do not need to speak French when they apply, they will acquire bilingualism through our program.

A NEW HIGH SCHOOL IN 2026
Starting in the fall of 2026, we’ll welcome students to a brand-new high school at our Oak Campus. With modern science, technology, and design spaces, our new high school will be about hands-on learning, community, and collaboration. Students will have access to flexible classrooms, comfortable gathering areas for socializing and events, and a state-of-the-art Fitness Center dedicated to health and athletics. Our new high school will be a place where students can connect with their peers, explore their interests, and prepare for a bright future.
THE GIFT OF A BILINGUAL EDUCATION
Our bilingual academic curriculum blends the best practices of the U.S education system with the very high standards of the French national curriculum. By Grade 8, our students are fluent in both French and English. In high school, students earn the internationally recognized International Baccalaureate or French Baccalaureate diploma. Both are degrees prized at universities around the world. **French is not required for admission to our high school.
