Who we are
Aloha, and thank you for considering ʻIolani School. We realize you have many choices for education in Hawaiʻi, and we sincerely appreciate your interest. ʻIolani School is a culturally diverse, college-preparatory institution serving approximately 2300 students in grades K–12, rooted in the traditions and values of the Episcopal Church. Academic excellence flourishes in an atmosphere that is challenging and competitive, yet caring and nurturing. Through dynamic, personalized instruction across a wide range of disciplines, our day and boarding programs foster an educational experience that inspires intellectual growth, character development, and a spirit of collaboration, humility, and respect for all members of our community.

Kindergarten Application Deadline: October 15, 2025
Grade 4 Application Deadline: February 6, 2026
Grades 6 -11 Application Deadline: November 15, 2025
Grades 1-5 are not entry points. Although openings occur occasionally in grades 10-11, the principal entry points are:
